The group's business clients have included major national lenders, the world's largest hotel franchisor, major insurance companies, Northeast Ohio's largest title insurance agency, and other businesses primarily headquartered in Northeastern Ohio.The group serves as litigation counsel to clients whom we regularly represent as general counsel, including a variety of manufacturing concerns, such as computer manufacturers, industrial products manufacturers, and tool and die businesses. The firm has also successfully undertaken litigation matters on behalf of real estate development firms, retail direct-mail advertising businesses, condominium associations, medical records companies, major insurance companies, shareholders in corporate control cases and a variety of other medium and smaller business enterprises.
